1) Pre-order means the item is not currently in stock and it will be made upon your orders.

2) The advantage of purchasing through pre-order is that we guaratee your preferred items (either design, color, cutting or size) are always available and you may not need to worry about your preferred items being sold out.

3) Pre-order will take up fifteen (15) working days to be processed. Once the items are ready, we will dispatch your items to you right away.

4) We only accept full payments for the pre-order.

5) Kindly note, pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refund once paid.
